Hi nonnie! Just to clarify, I don’t have anything personal against BTS at all, I’m more in denial about their talent and existence because it’s just too risky for me to admit it. You see, about 4 months ago a little group called EXO essentially took over my life (they’re still the overlords, Leah and any of my friends can attest to this), and I had traumatising flashbacks to the overwhelming way kpop had engulfed my life in passionate flames in my youth. I decided that it would be too slippery a slope to pay more than the minimum amount of attention required to BTS, thus my denial about being ‘into’ BTS. But they’re a wonderful group, and they’re wonderful boys, and if you haven’t already I encourage all of you to check them out!
